Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Astrabrized website, mobile application, or any of our logistics services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, business clients, and transporters who interact with Astrabrized in any capacity.
2. Description of Services
Astrabrized is a technology-enabled logistics platform that connects businesses with verified transporters for the movement of goods across India. Our services include:
FTL, LTL, express, and over-dimensional cargo bookings via our platform or operations team.
Real-time shipment status visibility through our app and web portal.
Access to a KYC-verified network of transporters with ratings and service history.
Assigned logistics managers for every shipment, reachable via call, email, or in-app chat.
3. User Accounts & Registration
To access certain features you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
4. Bookings, Pricing & Payments
Quotes: All pricing is indicative until confirmed in writing by our operations team. Final pricing may vary based on actual cargo dimensions, weight, and route conditions.
Payment Terms: Payment is due as per the invoice issued. We accept bank transfers, UPI, and other approved payment methods. Late payments may attract interest as specified in the invoice.
Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may attract a cancellation fee as communicated at the time of booking.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Astrabrized services to transport:
Violation may result in immediate termination of service, seizure of goods, and legal action.
6. Liability & Limitation
Astrabrized acts as an intermediary connecting shippers with transporters. Our liability is limited as follows:
Cargo Damage / Loss: Claims for loss or damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Liability is limited to the declared value of goods, capped at the amount specified in the applicable consignment note.
Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, strikes, road closures, or government restrictions.
Third-party Actions: We are not liable for actions, omissions, or negligence of third-party transporters beyond our reasonable control.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Astrabrized platform — including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, software, and data — is the property of Astrabrized Logistics Pvt. Ltd. and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation or mediation.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
